How to shop

When you have found the item(s) you desire and have added these to the basket, you will need to go through these simple steps to finalize your purchase.

  1. Go to the basket and review your order. It is possible to change the order in the order overview.

  2. Move on to delivery enter your personal information or select a different address for another receiver. 

  3. Hereafter, you only need to confirm your order by accepting our terms and conditions and clicking continue to payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the mail address you stated upon purchase.

  4. You will be transferred to a payment module, where you will be able to finalize your payment via a secure connection.

  5. You can also choose an offline payment and transfer the total amount of your order via a banktransfer. 

  6. Finally you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you chose in step 2.


When shopping on the webshop, you enter an agreement under Danish law. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you stated upon purchase. 
 

Payment

In the Webshop, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard. An amount greater than the sum you have approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted. There are no extra surcharges for payments made in the web shop.

 

Delivery

We ship your items within 1-3 working days of your order being approved and paid. Shipment will take 3-6 workdays. 


Orders placed on Vanilla Cream Interiør's webshop can be delivered to the following countries in group 1:

Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Poland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain and Slovakia. Shipping charge for delievery to one of theese countries: 129 DKR/ 17 EUR.

Group 2: Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, Faroe Island, Greece, Greenland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Island, Romania, Schwitzerland, Slovania, Czech republic, Hungary and USA. Shipping charge for delievery to one of theese countries: 249DKR/ 33EUR.

 

We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders are delivered by parcel post with GLS. You will receive a notice of delivery by email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact GLS to arrange collection of your package.
 

Right of return

You have 14 days to return or cancel your order when you shop at Vanilla Cream Interiør's webshop. We only accept returned items that have been purchased from our web shop. 
The right of return starts from the same day you receive the item. The right of return can only be exercised if the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received and if the labels and packaging are intact. 

If you wish to return your purchase, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 14 days once we have received the product and checked that it meets the rules for cancellation. The only cost you have when you wish to return your purchase is the postage to send the item back to us.

The items should be returned with a completed return form. On the return form, you can see what information we need from you.

If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item, you must return the purchased item as described above, and we will then transfer the amount to your account. You should order the new replacement item by making a new order on the web shop, as all stock management is handled separately on the web shop.

Please note! We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery) and we will not collect parcels that have been sent without delivery.

Complaints

When you shop at Vanilla Cream Interiør's webshop, you have guarantee of 24 months. If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, you can either have the item exchanged or refunded. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the item or other damaging action. If your complaint is justified, and you would like a replacement, we will send you a new item free of all shipping costs. 
Send us an email as soon as possible and attach a photo of the defective product so the complaint can be assessed. If you complain within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be made in good time.

Faulty or erroneous goods should be returned with a completed returns form. On the returns form, you can see what information we need to process your claim. We only accept complaints for goods that are purchased from Vanilla Cream Interiør's webshop.

Transport damage

It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.

With any visible shipping damage to the shipment's content/item - what do I do?
Reject the shipment straight away "due to shipping damage." The carrier will then take the parcel away again and you must then contact us and we will send a new one immediately.

With any visible shipping damage on the package/item - what do I do?
Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note "received subject to defects and omissions" on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.

With any concealed shipping damage - what do I do?
Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.

 

Data privacy policy

We make a record of your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering goods to you.

Personal information is registered with Vanilla Cream Interiør.

When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Information provided to the web shop is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Once registered with the web shop, you have the right at any time to object to the registration. You also have the right to access any information that has been registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Privacy Law and any queries concerning this should be sent to Vanilla Cream Interiør by E-mail to post@vanillacream.dk.
